Differential pressure probe to test filter performance
Measurement of differential pressure in compressed air filter system

Differential pressure probe to test filter performance

The small and easy-to-install differential pressure sensor allows you to test the filter performance of the compressed air system by measuring the differential pressure across the filter element (an indication of how much the filter element is soiled). Thus it helps to maintain the required compressed air quality permanently. The sensor has a compact design with mounting bracket and sensor socket combined in one piece.

Connection with two PE hoses before and after the filter element.

  • Minimizes pressure drops (loss in energy)
  • Allows exchange of filter elements according to the differential pressure specifications of the manufacturer (activated carbon filter excluded)
  • Ensures maximum performance of the filter elements and thus optimal compressed air quality level over time
