CS Leak Reporter Cloud solution - for LD 500/510
The CS Leak Reporter Cloud solution combines the functionalities of the CS Leak Reporter V2 with a browser-based cloud system.
The LD 500 leak detector measures the ultrasound generated by Compressed air, Steam, Gases and Vacuum leaks, as well as partial discharge on insulators, transformers, switchgear, high voltage lines (Corona effect). The ultrasound, which is inaudible to the human ear, is mixed into the audible frequency range by the LD 500 so that you can precisely locate the ultrasonic source (the compressed air leak) via the acoustic signal on the headphones and the camera image, even in noisy environments.
With its advanced sensor technology, the leak detection device can easily locate even the smallest Leakages (0.1 l/min, equivalent to approx. 1 € p.a.) over long distances. At the same time, it is possible to adjust the sensitivity of the LD 500 automatically or manually to easily find Leakages even while the production facilities are in operation.
After successful leak detection, you can save all the necessary information about the Leak detection via the built-in touchscreen in the device and take a picture of the Leak with the integrated camera in order to document all the necessary information for Leak elimination directly at the Leak detection site.
Once all the Leakages have been found, you can export them to a computer using a USB stick and import them into the CS Leak Reporter Software. With the help of the CS Leak Reporter software, you can then easily prioritise the individual Leakages according to the resulting costs and thus manage all essential Leakage data on the computer.
